SALES POLICY

• All sales are subject to buyers inspection and approval.
  If you purchase anything from us and are not 100% satisfied,
  it can be returned in the same condition it was received for an immediate refund.

SHIPPING

• Catalog prices do not include shipping.
• FREE SHIPPING on all orders totaling more than $1000 of in stock merchandise.
• Yes, that's right!!! We pay the freight. No gimmicks.
• Orders over $500 will be billed for only HALF of our actual Shipping cost.
• Orders under $500 will be billed for actual shipping cost.
• Please include sufficient funds for shipping, $3.50 minimum.
• All ammunition is shipped UPS / FEDEX Ground, we cannot ship ammo to a PO Box.
• We do not try to make money from our customers on shipping.
• Ammo is shipped with An "Adult Signature Required" sticker,
  unless certain conditions are met (see Legal Requirements below)

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AMMUNITION

• Age Requirement You must be at least 21 years old to order ammo from us.
• Illinois residents must have a copy of their FOID card on file for ammo shipments. Please fax or email this to us.
• No ammo to Massachusetts.
• Federal Law prohibits the purchase of ammunition by minors, drug addicts, convicted felons,
  illegal aliens, mentally ill, or those convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence.
• Additionally there may be State, or local laws that prohibit you from receiving ammunition.
• All shipments containing ammunition will be shipped Adult Signature Required
  unless we have a readable copy of your drivers license on file, and you specifically
  request that the sticker not be used..
• We only need this once.
• You can fax or mail this to us, or if you have access to a scanner, you can email it to us.
• If no adult can be home to sign for the package be sure we have a copy of your license on file,
  AND advise us that you do not want the package shipped "Adult Signature Required"

FIREARMS

• We must have a verified copy of your FFL (Federal Firearms Dealers License) on file before we ship firearms.
• If you do not have a Federal Dealers License, we cannot ship a firearm to you.
